Who We Are
Support before Sales is the motto for SGIS. We are a small, Bristol based organisation providing customers with support throughout the entire process of setting up a website. We will always prioritise a support query over a sales query, as we understand that time = money.
What We Do
SGIS offer a range of services, so you can pick and choose what you need and purchase a package which is right for you! Our services include:
- Domains - purchase your domains (or website address!)
- Hosting - variety of hosting packages available so you only pay for what you're going to use!
- Website Building - we can build a website or blog to your specifications so you don't need to have in-depth technical knowledge, just an idea of what you want!
- After Sales Support - Basic start up advice on how to market your website and other hints and tips on how to improve your site. Plus a dedicated support service to answer any questions you may have on the day to day running of your site!
- User interface - add pages, pictures etc without needing to know any technical code.
Knowledge is Key... Our History
Many small businesses, clubs and organisations recognise the business potential in running a website and in advertising their services online, however don't necessarily have the knowledge to just go out there and set up a site all by themselves. After taking a look around the marketplace we realised that many of our competitors were charging hundreds of pounds for a basic web solution, and that this was a HUGE barrier to entry for many potential customers who aren't always able to justify that cost.
This seemed completely unfair, why should you have to pay excessive amounts for your lack of knowledge?
And so, SGIS was born. A low cost and affordable solution for small businesses, individuals, clubs and organisations; keen to develop a presence in the online space without paying through the nose!
